Do not buy Timi and Leslie Diaper Bags! This company is horrible!  I was given two of their incredibly overpriced diaper bags as gifts.  I liked them and decided I would keep them and threw away the gift receipt.  One has been used a ton and no issues.  The other has been used about 4 times in the 8 months I have had it and it is coming apart at the seams.  I called the company and explained to Jill Ramella what the issue was. She gave me what can only be called the "default response" that went something like..."do you have the receipt? to which I answered "no, I intended to keep it."  She continues, "well, I can't help you without a receipt." 



I explain that I can't keep receipts for everything in life especially when I intend on keeping the item.  I also explain that I feel as though they are hanging onto a technicality because they don't want to stand behind their product.  Jill tells me that she knows exactly how I feel and it isn't her but her boss that is making the decision.  She won't tell me his name but tells me that his wife just had a baby and is hard to get a hold of these days.





I finally get a response...They will exchange my $200 diaper bag for either of two bag options both equally old, out of style, and not to mention hideous designs that are being sold everywhere for FOURTY dollars.  Yes, fourty dollars.  I explain that this doesn't seem like something of fair replacement value to which I get a final response..."I explained to you what I could offer you."





So, Timi and Leslie and the Essentials Brand Corporation has left me no option but to hit the blogs and share my very unsettling experience.  I have seen many other customers very unhappy with their lack of customer care and commitment to their products.  Save yourself the high cost, cheap workmanship, and lack of customer care and take your business to other quality designers and companies.
