I don't agree with any of the three reports filed as of 28 July 2008 at 11:45 A.M. CDT. I havbe been dealing with these people for almost a year, and found them very responsive to a customer needs. I have not attempted to get a refund, but I have seen written reports on gasbuddy.com--where there were some complaints that they could not get their money back and some that said they received their money back, as guaranteed. Although the product has been around for some years, the distributing company has been up and running for a short time (not really sure how long). My suggestion, write the company a certified letter, return receipt--ask what the requirements are for a refund, and then comply. Sometimes, the right and left hand are not in sync. There are scam companies out there and there are also people out they that try to scam a good company. Keep good records with names, dates etc.
