eWEB FINANCIAL.LLC Will not respond to the refund request. Phoenix Arizona
I dealt with a Jason Sessler whom was consistantly late in return phone calls, the tech dept seemed to have no regular hours or idea what they were doing. Jason took 2 weeks to set up the so called web site, made many excuses for the delay and promises of success for the coming day. He convinced me that to get the ball rolling in force we would need to start an email campaign, which would cost me an additional 300.00 for 30,000 emails. The web site never was available with my chosen domain name, I had no choices in the 60 promised stores that would be available, he never did tell me what the % of commissions would ultimatly be kicked back to my account. I asked him many times when I would be getting a paid by what ever funds were in my account, He didn't actually tell me untill I made the email purchase, that the payout is quartly. Their promise in the initial opening introduction was that there was a 90 day money back gaurentee if for any reason your not satisfied. I made two attempts at talking with Jason Sessler about my dissatisfation, and requesting a refund of my $399.00 for the so called platinum package he put me off both times with false promises of the site to be up and running. Monday 4/19/2010 I demanded to speak with someone other that Jason, I received a phone call from Matt Porterfeild, we had a conversation in which he was beligerant, insisting that the site was up and had been running, and that I was not accessing the proper site. I inturn told him that I was using the site that Jason had sent me, the previous friday. He ended the conversation telling me he would gladly refund my money, that he didn't want to do business with clients like myself. I have waited since that day for a refund packet he said he was sending which I have not received, I emailed him, he said that he had mailed it, which was 5/3/2010, I am mailing him a type written note and signature request for the return of the total cost of $399.00. During the last conversation I had with Matthew Porterfeild, I asked if I could speak with someone older that would be more reasonalble to deal with, he said to me " there are older employees here but none that are as important as me. Jason was late to a phone call with me one day 4 hours, his excuse was that his catilac had mechanical problems. These boys are making money preying on the trust of others.
