Excelian, LLC Sunny Onadipe BEWARE OF INVESTOR SCAM Minneapolis Minnesota
This person represented himself as an investor. According to websites, HE was NEVER an investor.
He has taken advantage of single moms.
I entered into a contract for home to be renovated and sold as a contract for Deed.
This person agreed to put 13,000 down, put insurance on the home, pay all taxes and mortgage payment on time. Deed was to be tranferred when 12 month contract was completed
NEVER received initial money. NEVER put insurance on the home. NEVER paid the taxes. AND HAD several Late payments
When he was in default - he refused to give the title back BECAUSE he had filed the paperwork before the contract was completed.
All his intentions were to take advantage of a vulnerable single mother. He took my home, destroyed my credit, left me with taxes to pay on the home, and no money........
He has never tried to fix these problems, as he will ignore you and have friends call and pretend they are lawyers to scare you.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PERSON!!!!!
His business continuousy changes on he website and he is consistantly trying to scam others.
Him and his wife are horrible peeople and beware of their scam!!!!
