Executive Calgary Dating Disregard for satisfactory service, lack of response, inappropriate matching, false advertising Calgary Alberta
Here are my responses to the "benefits" this organization has to offer.
The Personal Touch: "Our experienced counselors offer old-fashioned matchmaking while maintaining today's high standards of professional care."
Once I had paid my money, I never heard from my counselor again.
Exclusive: "Our membership fees ensure that members are well established, well educated, and serious professionals. We do not want to waste your time, our time and other members' time."
It was evident that one match was not well-educated at all.
Careful Screening: "Your introductions are hand selected by your personal matchmaking counselor and are always presented with pictures and a profile. You will meet others who share your similar personal, professional and intellectual interests. We may utilize various methods and explore various avenues and sources if it is determined to be beneficial in finding you successful introductions. All introductions are individually selected and are qualified individuals."
One "match" was not eligible as he was already dating someone else, and the other was nearly illiterate" not a great match for a writer!
Absolute Privacy: "We are careful to maintain your privacy at all times. Pictures and profiles are never posted on the World Wide Web."
There is no way to confirm this so it seems an unlikely claim.
Large Membership Base: "Our matchmaking counselors have the ability to introduce you to a vast number of successful individuals in your area from different backgrounds, educational, financial levels, and occupational fields."
It was clear that there were not enough matches when I received the profile of a man who appeared to be nearly illiterate. One month NO matches were sent.
Guaranteed Monthly Introductions: "You will receive between two and seven introductions per month on average."
Two is the most I ever received and one month, no profiles were sent at all.
Your Own Personal Counselor: "You will have the same matchmaking counselor that works with you until you find your perfect match. Overtime, your counselor will get to know you and be better able to guide you towards finding a fulfilling relationship."
Again, my personal counselor has never contacted me nor replied to an email since I paid my money.
Ongoing Evaluation & Feedback: "Your continuous input into the matchmaking process about your likes and desires allows us to get better and better at understanding what kind of person best suits you. Making a joint effort, you and your matchmaking counselor work with each other towards finding the perfect partner."
Absolutely no feedback and none even when requested.
Excellent Reputation: "89% of our past clients are satisfied with our introduction service."
No way to measure this. It would appear that there are 11% in the category of not satisfied.
Flexible Membership: "If you are pursuing a possible relationship, you can place your membership on hold an unlimited number of times, for an unlimited length of time. We understand that relationships take time to develop and we don't want to penalize you when you are not actively utilizing our services. If you are in a challenging work period or plan to be traveling, we can also place your membership on hold."
So flexible that when I complained about lack of service, they discontinued service altogether!
High Standards: "Since 1999 we have proudly adhered to the requirements of the Internet Business Standards Association, a well-respected, independent organization setting high standards for Internet businesses. "Executive Calgary Dating is one of the best investments in finding a partner you could ever make."
Another claim that is difficult to measure but not true in my view.

My experience with Executive Calgary Dating has been very positive. They have been around a very long time and I haven't come across similar complaints at all. I have made many referrals to Executive Calgary Dating and I have only had positive feedback for those individuals as well. They are one of the better services available for serious professional singles seeking a long term relationship in Calgary.
