Express Home Service ripoff Another very unhappy customer Phoenix Arizona
I was SOOOO happy to see this forum! I DESPISE Express Home Flooring. Those people are CRIMINALS!!!! Last year Sept 2006, I hired them to do a $3K job at my house. They showed up at Noon after promising to be there in the morning and to finish it in ONE day... But showed just the one day, did half the job and NEVER EVER CAME BACK!!!!!!!!!
They picked the WRONG chick to do this too because I IMMEDIATELY began calling them when they refused to respond in WRITING and I RECORDED THE PHONE CONVERSATIONS!!!!!!!!!!
If you are interested in hearing them *(ANYONE) please let me know by EMAIL and I will be HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY to spread the word including copies of ALL of my documentation, a short video clip of what they did to my HOUSE (half new carpet) half NOT - and the NUMEROUS seams, the carpet pile being placed in the WRONG direction, the lifted carpeting AND don't forget (despite the waiver I had to sign that they aren't responsible for damaging furniture while moving it) I have proof that they went BEYOND reasonable and DESTROYED the top of my dresser because they are SO discustingly lazy that they just DRAGGED the TV off the top. They ALSO didn't return the furniture to the correct rooms, left their personal food trash and soda cans all over my house and one of those PIGS left a "Hucked Loogie" in my SPOTLESS GUEST BATHROOM! I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I spent the day prior scrubbing that room down in planning for my Engagement party..........
So, GET THIS -(Too Funny) AFTER the local Newspaper out here in Tucson did a pretty nasty write up on how horrible they are, they decided to FINALLY WRITE ME BACK (Certified) and told me that they have the LEGAL RIGHT to "Correct ANY AND ALL Defects" and I need to give them that opportunity before I start "Complaining"....... ... Lets see, when I do the math, It seems that they have waited ELEVEN MONTHS to make this request to me!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!??!!?!? I had it fixed after waiting 9 months for them to get back to me and I was so shocked at their refusals, they I RECORDED my PHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!! How can they THINK for a SECOND that WAITING 11 MONTHS to "Fix" THEIR F-up - is REASONABLE.......... By the way, I called the guy responsible for all of this treatment today. Got his VCML (He's on vacation till Tuesday) I left him a message giving him the DEFINITION of the legal term "Reasonable Time"....... Eleven MONTHS is NOT REASONABLE!!!!!!!!!!
Did I mention that they had their COllections guy call me that THREATEN to put a LEIN on my Mother's HOUSE..... My Mother, a CANCER PATIENT who was in the Hospital - FIGHTING for her LIFE - during ALL OF THIS TIME I WAS TRYING TO GET THEM TO FINISH THE JOB!!!!!!! They said it didn't matter that she DID NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT OR HAVE ANY PART IN THE AGREEMENT......... THEY JUST SAID THEY WOULD PLACE A LEIN ON HER HOUSE IF I DIDN'T GIVE THEM MORE MONEY!!!!!!!!!
Sooooooooooooooo - If there is ANYONE out there who feels as angry as I do and wants to see the "Soop" from me, and the PLANS I have to get them where it HURTS if they even THINK of pulling a fast one on me, you may email your request to me personally at [email protected]......... .
I TRULY CAN'T WAIT TO SHARE THIS WITH THE WORLD! I PLAN TO WATCH THESE FRAUDS GO DOWN IN FLAMES FOR HURTING So mANY Consumers!!!!!!!!!!

P.S> Oh, Yeah. They seem to think my being MARRIED NOW means they can send letters to my HUSBAND despite the fact that he has NOTHING to do with a contract I signed MONTHS before we even knew eachother that well........ HA!!!

Phoenix, AZ There are many reasons I don't work for Express Home Services any longer. A lot of them have already been posted in this blog. In my best interest of not getting beat up or having to hide my face in public because of over pricing and under delivering, not to mention the lack of customer service and payment still due to me, I Quit!!! All I can say to any potential customer is to do your research with the BBB and AZROC before spending any money with any company. I'm glad to be able to sleep at night again. And now I'm with a great company who offers great pricing and unsurmountable customer service.
