Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I contacted Extreme Lead Program and paid $79.95 for 500,000 visitors to my website with a guarantee of 500 optins.  After all is said and done, I received 246 leads with 96 of them being invalid.  That is just under 40% of the 246 being bad.  When I contacted Mike Rogers I was told by his records I had received 459 optins and he would send 41 more visitors.  Itold him his math was way off because I only received 150 actual optins or leads.

I started asking for my $79.95 back.  Actually refunded back to my PayPal account.   After about the 4th or 5th email asking for my money back.  Mike Rogers said he would send me 2000 fresh leads.  He sent them in something I have never seen before and I could not open it.  I saw he was really trying so I tried to be nice.  I asked for the leads to be sent in a common link.  Needless to say I am still waiting for the original 350 leads of the 500 leads and now the 2000 visitors that he was going to send.

I even went as far as sending the email to a friend that builds computers and is more hep on all of this than I am.  He apologized to me that he could not open the link either.  In my opinion Mike Rogers is a crook.  If you like problems then by all means I suggest you use Mike Rogers' product Extreme Lead Program.

Further Proof - Independent review that we sufficiently described our product/service

Just further proof showing the not only did we provide the proper service, but that it was also sufficiently described by us and on our site.

This was via an independent un-biased third party review by Paypal, the payment solution provider that the customer used to pay for this purchase with us.

See the picture showig that during their review, they found that we sufficiently described the merchandise (in this case, the solo email ad service we provided).

Added Pictures For Further Proof

Just wanted to add these pictures as further proof and couldn't just edit the original rebuttal.

Just provides further proof we tried many times to explain things to the customer and even worked out something he accepted.  He still then continued to file this false claim against us.

Simple Mis-Understanding of Numbers by customer

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, October 16, 2014

This is a simple mis-understanding of numbers by the customer.  He emailed us originally stating the same things he states in this complaint.  I tried to educate him and help him understand exactly what he really purchased, but he refused to realize what I was saying to him, so this should make it very clear as to exactly what went on with this customer:

1)  He says he paid us $79.95 for 500,000 visitors to his site.  That is completely not true.  He paid us $79.95 for a solo email ad blast to 500,000 prospects.  I have no clue why he continues to think he paid for 500,000 visitors.  I tried to tell him this many times, and it clearly states this on the page he ordered from.

2)  He says he was guaranteed 500 opt-ins.  Again, completely false.  We do NOT and can NOT guarantee any amount of opt-ins to a person at all period, ever.  We do, on the other hand like to get customers at least 500 CLICKS to their website on a 500k solo email ad.  Again, I tried to tell this to the customer and he didn't quite understand that the stats he saw on our site were CLICKS, not opt-ins.

After several tries to explain the correct numbers to the customers and he still didn't get it, I offered to send him a file of our aged opt-in leads.  He agreed to that and I sent him a .CSV file that was Zipped.  He said he couldn't get it via email, so I uploaded it to google drive and sent him a link to it.  He said he couldn't figure out how to download it from the google drive link, so I told him when he went to that link, there would be a down arrow on top of the page to download the file.

By his own account (iin his complaint above), he received 150 plus good opt-ins from the ad run, which isn't bad at all.  If you re-read his complaint, you can see when he talks about us giving him 2000 fresh leads, later in the same paragraph, he mixes his words around and says he's still waiting for the 2000 "Visitors" I was going to send to him.

It's very clear that this customer is simply confused over the terminology or something and no matter how many times I went out of my way to help the customer, it made no different at all.  I'd be happy to show each and every email communication with the customer, his "CLICK" stats from the back office of his account with us and everything.

Unfortunately, this seems to be one of those cases where I should have just refunded him when it became very clear that he was not going to understand anything I was saying to him, so for that I do take blame, even though I provided 100% of exactly what this customer ordered.

You can view the page the customer ordered from here:  http://www.extremeleadprogram.com/solo-email-ads-advertising

You'll see that what he bought was a solo ad to 500k prospects, not 500k visitors to his site.  Also on there you'll see we do NOT guarantee any opt-ins, we can't control what people do...  As a matter of fact, near the bottom of the page in the FAQ under items number 6 and 7, you'll see where we explain the stats and what to expect.  I hate to continue to blast this customer, but this really is a simple mis-understanding of numbers on his part, so I apologize for any confusion he might have had.
