I purchase their product from a major facebook ad campaign for my mother. The product arrived. The default, although not stated in their terms and conditions, set me up for a monthy recurring order which I did not authorize. I received an email order confirmation at 3 AM est on Christmas day for 200 US dollars of product. I sent a response back to cancel, but the email was returned as a non-receivable address. I called the support number and was put on an infinite voice loop for 45 minutes. I am initiating local and federal charges against the site as I have seen multiple complaints on the internet. My credit card company's fraud division is opening up an investigation.
