Well, 3 nasty emails later and many anonymous replies later, I finally got a full refund on my credit card. I don't really know who is at fault here, the shipping company (Endicia Internet Postage (www.Endicia.com)), US postage, Factory direct or Post Canada, but nothing was ever shipped to me. It's a shame that companies don't understand the message: "Simply use UPS, FedEx or Purolator and you won't lose customer's confidence!!" Now, as a result, I will never order anything else from Factory Direct Cellular. It's their loss!
