Fair Lending Review LLC Dave supervisor Well, they conctact me to help me reduce my mortgage payment, Its been a hard time for me and my family and our house payments are very high Mr lopez promess and guaranteed 100% that we will get a mod Internet, California
we had try to get our home payments lower, and My hubsband got a Call from Mr Christian Lopez, He identify himself as a representative from fair Lending review we explain our situation and he told my hubsband guaranteed that we will get 100% modification or money back, we explain to him that we recently had a modification with our Back/Country wide. He say not to worry that he and his company will stay behind and help us get the modification but it was a fee$2700.0 wich we pay him we had try everything on our own. So we saw and oportunity and he give us hope. He mention to stop making payments because that will look good and it make it alot easier.
We did not want to loose our home. a 6 weeks went by never hear from them we had send all the paper work they request it. finally we got a hold of tricia and she say that we were not qualify because we had a recent home modification, which They already new from the begining and they neglect to call us back. We spoke to the supervisor we requested our money back. at thebegining they refuse but I file a complaint with attorney general. They they agree to give us the money wich I have not seen. Please help

our nightmare started on approx. around April i will say we had try everything to get our home payments lower. Then we got a call From Christian Lopez, Mr lopez introduce himself as a representative for Fair Lending review located in Costa Mesa, California. We expalin how hard was for us to make our house payments due to the mortgage is very high and we had been falling behind on the rest of our bills cause we could not afford te monthly paymenst. Mr Lopez give us hope and say they were going to help us get a loan modification We told Mr Lopez we had one done recently He say it did not matter that He will guaranteed 100% or money back Thats how good his company was. We had run out of options so we decided to go head and do it, He say to stop making payments that that will look better and the process will be faster. We just need it to pay Him a small fee of $2700. which we did that was our house payment for the month. We fax them all the paper that they need it and we were just need it to wait. Well we didnt hear from them, 3 weeks pass and finally got a hold of tricia Hanson and well he told us we dint qualify because of the recent home modificatio well They new that from the beginin o we ask for the money back then they started it ti give us the run oround, we decided to get a supervisor involve Mr Dave he say he was going to look into it. Thwen He say we dint qualify for the refund. We got very upset, they stole our money,our hopes and they thougth we just were going to stay like that. Anyhow, we contaced attorney General Brown and we file a complaint. the a few days later we recieve a letter saying that a REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR US just to fill out the proper paperwork and fax it back to them. I spoke with Dough and he verify that they got the fax and that was going to take 30 to 120 days well the 120 days are tomorrow 11/17/2009 I have try to get in touch with them call the office about 20 times and one day the phone number was disconect it. I had email tricia from the processor office and have not receive an email back from them. I had left another message to Att. general Brown. Please help me people like this should be in Jail for Steeling money from hard working people that are trying hard to make things better NOT worse.
