They called and told me that I was approved for a $5000 personal loan and due to the credit score that I had, I would have to put a $450 collateral. I was desperate and at the tip of getting evicted I sent them $450 dollars and they told me the funds would be available within 3 hours. Kimberly called me ten minutes after I sent the money and she told me the exact time (3:20pm) when the funds would appear in my account.

Of course nothing was there ... I decided to give them another hour at lest due to the time difference but still nothing was there. I called and emailed and never got a response so I started calling each ext number that they had in their phone system. I spoke to a gentleman(well not a really gentle one) Who told me that Kimberly was not in and that I should have call the customer service number to sort out my situation however he would try and check into the system to find my account.

The saddest news hit my face... the man told me that the $450 was not enough according to the lender and I had to send another collateral payment of $450 to the same "lender” in order to receive the funds. And that’s when I knew that I’ve been scammed. I immediately requested a refund and the man immediately put me on hold then hanged up on me. Not a surprise right?! Anywhos I never gave up and kept calling and emailing the scammer "Kimberly Roberts”.

She finally answered her phone and stated that customer service were now In charge of my account but moving forward she would make sure that she will handle my account. I told her I needed my refund and explained to her my situation on being at the verge of getting evicted with my gf who was ailing at the time and her son. She said that I would be refunded on September 14th but the customer service would call me before then around September 5-11 2018 to confirm my account.

As obvious, I called them since the 5th till today the 12th and her nothing!!!! No answer no call backs and no email replies... I lost our apartment, we lost more than 3/4 of the things in it we still have to pay the apartment people, it’s just been hard but I hope Karma will teach this company and whoever took my money a lesson.
