Farley Windows Greenview Windows, KP Building Products I had my home built in 2007 all Farley Windows and doors. We bought them because of the lifetime warranty. 50% of the windows are falling apart. Called Farley several times never spoke to a live person. Left a message in the General office mailbox because thats where it leads you when you call noe matter what time of day it is and to date 3 weeks later not return call no resolution to my window issues onterio Canada
Built my home i 2007 we installed all Farley windows and doors because of the lifetime warranty that is advertized. After 1 and a half years we had an issue with the windows in out dining room. Now keep in mind we hardly ever open our windows except to clean once a month the outside glass.e tilt the windows in clean the glass and relock. One day we went to unlock the window and the top window slammed down and almost cut my finger off. When i went to lift it back up I noticed that now it will not stay up on its own and we have to use two people to lift it up and lock it. Not vto mention when it slammed down it cracked the sill on the outside because the stopper at the bottom of the window pushed down againsed the sill and took a chunk of the sill out from the slamming force. Since that window others are following suite. I get in touch with my builder and he is telling me that Farley Windows "now KP Building Products is no longer slling these windows in the U.S. I have called Farley Windows about 5 times now the number in Canada just directs me to a General office mailbox. I leave messages each time and no one ever returns my calls. My next step is to call the Attorney General
