They want each of their techs at this company to bring in a minimum of $35 labor dollars an hour. Which means they have to rush to get things done. If they all hit the mark, Multiply each's tech's $35 an hour by say 15 techs, and the company would be making $525 an hour, or $6825 on an average day, just in labor alone. This is why they push alignments and other stuff super hard. To clarify, the techs don't make anywhere near $35 an hour. They make more around $8-9 an hour.
This place is not necessarily the quick in, quick out like one might imagine. Plan to leave your car most or all day long for something seemingly simple like tires. If you're in a hurry, go to a quick lube.
