I noticed one day my tire was getting low so i put air in it and couple of days later i noticed it was getting low again so i pumped it up and brought it in to farm and fleet which was maybe 1/2 mile away. After finally getting my truck into the shop which was 1/2 hour past my appointment time, he came out to tell me that the thing around my rim was corroded and that is why it was leaking. then he told me that my ball joints were going. i paid my bill and was on my way.

i went home and dropped my truck off which this was friday and it sat in the same spot. i came home sunday nite and once again my tire was low again. hmm means F&F didnt do their job right. of course monday was labor day so they wouldnt be open so i had to wait until tuesday morning to call them. I made an appointment at 11am. i brought it back in and sat there until 1145am. even thou i had an appointment my truck sat outside . i called management while i was inside the store and complained. he said well if the workers are busy with others then i would have to wait. EXCUSE me i said, but what the hell is the point of an appointment then if 45mn past my appointment and im still waiting. thats bull. i was really mad now. he said he would check up on it. never once did he apologize or treat me with any respect. what happenened to the saying the customer is right?

so needless to say i heard him call the service desk after i got off the phone with him and i still waited until 1215pm and they finally brought my truck in. ( I have now been waiting 1hr and 15mn)

At 1230 i looked up and my truck was finally on the hoist. at 1245 i looked back and noticed my truck was not in the shop anymore. i waited and waited. they never paged me. man am i really mad now. so i walk into the shop and he hands me my keys and a paper and he had the nerve to try and charge me again.

i said im not paying for something that you didnt fix; i took my keys and left. i have never in all my life been treated like s**t like farm and fleet have. alls they cared about was themselves.

the management was very rude, the cashiers were terrible, and the service people were lousy. they didnt know what they were doing.

i would not recommend F&F to anyone. alls they are is a big rip off  place.

It is now 1040pm and my tire is once again low. Man they really dont know what the hell they are doing. I guess I have to find a mechanic i can actually trust.

They want each of their techs at this company to bring in a minimum of $35 labor dollars an hour. Which means they have to rush to get things done. If they all hit the mark, Multiply each's tech's $35 an hour by say 15 techs, and the company would be making $525 an hour, or $6825 on an average day, just in labor alone.  This is why they push alignments and other stuff super hard.  To clarify, the techs don't make anywhere near $35 an hour. They make more around $8-9 an hour.

This place is not necessarily the quick in, quick out like one might imagine. Plan to leave your car most or all day long for something seemingly simple like tires.  If you're in a hurry, go to a quick lube.
