Fashionlande.com Literal failure to deliver Internet
I used Fahionlande.com to purchase two items for my wedding. The first was a ringbearer pillow and the second was a bridesmaid dress. The order was placed almost a month ago, and I have been waiting patiently to receive my items. Everything that I purchased from other websites at the same time arrived weeks ago, but I had not even heard back from Fashionlande.com until today. They claimed that they were unable to deliver the ringbearer pillow, and gave me a website with tracking information, telling me to contact the delivery company to find out what went wrong. The delivery company website is a dead end. I entered the required tracking information, and time after time was sent to a page saying that "Cannot get a request dispatcher for path success". There is no contact information for the delivery company whatsoever, not even an email address. I am still waiting to hear back from fashionlande regarding this problem. I will update with info regarding the resolution they propose. I am concerned with the supposed delivery company, because I have not had a single item from any other website fail to deliver. I believe that Fashionlande.com is a scam website, and that the delivery company may be either fake, or working with Fashionlande.com. I have never seen a shipping company website that completely lacked any method of contact, and I have never heard of this company before. The second item that I had ordered, the bridesmaid dress, has still not shipped as far as I know. I do not recommending purchasing anything from Fashionlande.com under any circumstances.
