Fischer Enterprises LLC David Franklin Stole my money! Fraudster! Loan Fraud! Internet

David Franklin from fisherenterprisesllc.com stated on August 17th 2012 that he would be able to find me funding for 2 multi family buildings. He stated that upon receipt of the retainer of $2500.00 he would commence the process of obtaining a loan, AND if he could not obtain a loan for me he would immediately return the retainer. Within 2 hours of our call I signed the retainer agreement and wired the funds to his account. He then sent me a list of items he required. I sent EVERY item he required directly from the seller or myself that he required within 24 hours of his request. I then proceeded to call and call and call every day to obtain an update.
David either ignored my calls emails and voicemails. I kept inquiring for a period of 35 days. I then received a short email from an associate of David's stating they could not fund my loan request. Upon receipt of that email I immediately requested my retainer back. David Franklin stated I could not have my retainer back because I was not truthful about the building details, BUT i gave him every tax return, every inspection report and every message I received from the seller. He stated that his 'supposed'appraiser said the building was not worth what I wanted to pay for it, yet the comparable sales were higher than what I offered. Basically David Franklin is a liar, and fraudulent business man. He should not be allowed to get away with this.
