Flat Creek Transport - CHARLES PATTERSON RIPOFF THIS COMPANY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY CHECK AND FOR A TICKET AND DIDNT PAY IT AND KEPT MY ESCROW KINSTON Alabama
Iam a truck driver, i went to work for a local company in Kinston AL.Iworked for the company over 3 months,
one day i came in after driving 40 mls just to get there cause they would not let you take trucks home ,and descovered that they wanted me to take a load from there all the way to miami fl
So i refused the load because for one i didnt make much for the trips i just made and 2 they took money out of each check they just cut for me in the office which grant it i did get a speeding ticket a few months earlier but anyway they wanted me to take this load for 250.00 i give them back the paperwork and left pissed off.
So a few wks. go by and i get a notice in the mail that i havnt paid the ticket yet,I called FLATCREEK and asked them why the ticket had not been paid they said you will have to pay that ticket yourself i got really angry and they hung up i called back and he told me the day i left i hit 2 or 3 vehicles there in the parking lot which is just there way of trying to get around them stone walling me for the money they stold so i let it go after staying mad for weeks and up until yesterday i thought it was over.
3/21/07 I called them back to ask them why did they tell a company i just applied for that i had broke company policy charles patterson told me that he didnt know and to call safety the next day so i did and the safety supervisor said he didnt know either and that i had spun gravle on the payroll ladies truck on exiting the parking lot i then told them to get it straight or i was going to get an attourney the man laughed and hung up the phone how am i going to get a good job in the industry of trucking if this company is going to give me a bad rap and they where the ones who ripped me off
