Sounds like you need to contact KIA MOTORS and file a complaint with them. You will probably be told it's between you and the dealer. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau concerning both KIA and the dealer and see if they can help. Request a hearing if necessary. If nothing else, KIA and the dealer will get some exposure they would probably rather not have. I have done this in the past with limited success.
