My father was in the hospital and wanted high speed Internet and TV service at his home when he was released. He is 81 and bed ridden and can barely speak. I look up online internet services in his are and found Frontier Communications bragging they can provide Internet and TV service for 59.00 and no contract. They provide a phone number and I call and they set me up an account at my fathers address. Dish shows up at the wrong address then calls me and I tell them the right address. The DSL (Internet) people also end up at the wrong address and I tell them the correct address. I call Frontier and tell them they had the wrong address and to correct it. The DSL never does work and when you call them they keep setting you up with appointments were no one shows up. The Dish is set up and working but no Internet. First set of bills show up and the Dish bill is $74.39 and Frontier bill is $54.32. My father is upset and hands me the bills saying the $59.00 bundle turned out to be $128.71. I call Frontier and they say it became UNBUNDLED. Well after calling, getting credits, and still no Internet after two months, I give up and try canceling the whole package. They inform me that I’m under a two year contract and I’ll be charged $480 for early termination. I tell them I did not sign a contract with Dish and I want to see this contract. They sent me the contract and the signatures and initials are all forged. Meanwhile they send me a box to send back the recover and LNB via UPS. When I get to UPS with the box, I notice several boxes just like the one I’m about to send laying on a outgoing cart and so I ask the lady; “I see several Dish Network Boxes on your cart just like the one I’m sending back”, she replies: “We get a cart load of those in every day”. Well I see a pattern here. I wonder if Frontier and of other little fake Companies set up by Dish to LURE you in to Dish’s contract web and sink you for $480 after the fake Frontier co. runs you off with their incompetence. In litigation Frontier would loose their butt for stating no contract and then forging a contract for Dish. Frontier and the other fake companies that arrange the TV and Internet must not have any assets so when you win in court they don’t pay, because you simply can’t get your lost blood from these fake turnips and Dish knows that!
