Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had a lady contact me the other day and she told me about her buying experience at Mel Clayton Ford In Phoenix. Mel clayton Ford is located at 1500 E Camelback and their number is 602-264-1611.

This very nice lady told me what she was told when she bought her 1999 F 150 extended cab truck. She leased her truck for two years through Ford leasing. Her truck deal papers showed that she can drive 12,000 miles per year. So she car drive this truck up to 24,000 miles and thats it.

Ford motor Company gives all of it's customers 3 year 36,000 mile warranty at no cost. That means this lady is covered for the intire time of the lease at no cost. This lady does not need a extended warranty at all.

I can't understand why Ford Motor company would let Mel Clayton Ford to sell this lady a extended warranty through Ford motor Company. for $1600. Ford Motor Company should have told Mel Clayton Ford " Ford will not permit this deception" Return this lady her money NOW.

I am your protection from their deception. I am the Auto Buyers Advocate at Badbusinessbureau.com. Please return, because I plan to post some very deceptive dealer documentation that the main-stream media would EVER PRINT because they like to protect car dealers.

Rebuttal:
But what if the "lady had driven the vehicle past the 36,000 miles and had a major breakdown? Was there a lock on the vehicle that would not let it go past 24,000 miles? Was the "Lessee" an adult over the age of 18 years? Does the person have
a guardian? It would seem that your criticism is without merrit if the vehicle could be driven over or beyone the 36,000 miles!
If you read all of the print in the lease agreement you will find that there is an additional lease monies over and above the base lease amount if the vehicle is driven over the milage amount....
