If I could I would give zero stars. STAY AWAY from this company. They lie and force you to take insurance you don't need and they blame it on the state. The website says it is optional. I know it is not a state rule since I rented from them within the past four years and they did not force me to take an insurance. They are LIARS and just want to rip off the consumer.

You are right things could have changed in the past four years. I guess I did not state that I had called other car rental companies in Seattle and they stated it is not MANDATORY. Also, when I called the Corporate customer service for Fox Rental they even stated it was optional. I am very aware that laws can change in a matter of seconds. I am very bright and your post shows that you have nothing else to do, but call people stupid and make comments that are unnecessary. I do not post things that are in accurate otherwise it could be considered defamation or slander. I could even consider your posting has slander by you calling me not bright/stupid or a butt.

See heres the thing...youre not too bright. 1. The website is viewable by the world. In some instances the insurance WOULD be optional. 2. Youre up to date on ALL laws reguarding rentals right? Im betting youre not. Laws are not set on a 4 year pattern. That law could have been put into place 2 weeks before you rented and you would still have had the insurance.
Maybe before you post you should do a little research about the laws in your state. All you post does is make you look like a butthurt idjit complaining because you had to pay.
