Frank Ballista [email protected] and Paul Gartner work with scam companies on the internet facilitating boiler room type fraud. if you google the Email address it brings up a mutitude of scam boiler room sites that these guys own/host. They are linked to these sites which appear on lots of regulaters websites that warn that the companies/sites are scams.
