Freedom Debt Relief is a Parasitic CONARTIST on unsuspecting Americans who are seeking a way to try to pay their debts. Freedom Debt Relief con my terminally ill husband out of more than $4,000 promising they would help him negotiate a settlement with his credit card companies. We fell behind on our American Express credit card because of my husband's illness.

He signed up with Freedom to negotiate a settlement to pay American Express, which had turned our account over to a collection agency. He signed up with Freedom Debt Relief and was convinced to negotiate a settlement on another card that was not behind at the time, but since Freedom was negotiating the American Express amount they could help him reduce the second card amount.

After paying $490.00 per month, for more than a year, into an account to settle the debt, the only negotiation Freedom Debt Relief made was for Freedom Debt Relief to take more than $4,000 for what they call fees for doing nothing. In the end Freedom became a new bill that we did not have in the beginning, and the two bills that we did have was never paid a cent.

After more than a year, and collection agencies continuously calling, my husband negotiated a settlement on the American Express amount himself, and had negotiated a settlement on the card that was not behind in the first place but was now in the hands of a collection agency. But we are not able to pay the settlement because Freedom took more than $4,000 in fees for only negotiating for themselves and never negotiated a settlement with either companies that we signed up with them to help with.

Freedom Debt Relief is a parasitic CONARTIST preying on unsuspecting Americans who seek only a means to try to pay their debts.
