freelancer.com Stole my MONEY!! Sydney, New South Wales Internet
What a SCAM site, BEWARE!! I transfered money into there Milestone and had work getting done. well, when the work was done they (freelancer.com) wouldn't let me pay (release Payment) the free lancer. I contacted support more times then anyone should have too, and they did nothing because they kept emailing me back stating everything I tried telling them! I finally asked if anyone was actually reading my Tickets? Needless to say, my name was tarnished because freelancer.com wouldn't release my money to the free lancers. Now they kept all my money (which is what they seemed to be doing from the get go) and suspended my account because I went to paypal to find out why they where keeping my money and not helping me release the money to the FREE LANCERS (WHO WORKED FOR IT)!
This was my first time ever using FREELANCER.COM, so be smart and stay FAR AWAY from these Australian SCAMMERS! I'm beyond mad and have filed a claim against them through Paypal, my Credit Card Co., and the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!! FREELANCER.COM should be called FREELANCER.SCAM!! I'll keep this updated!
