Ordered flowers for my wife on 2-11 for Valentine's Day delivery. They never showed and despite the '100% Satisfaction Guarantee' on their website which says I can get a refund or replacement at my choice, they
are refusing a refund. They tried to tell me they need to contact the florist first but why should this matter? I am not satisfied so they need to honor their guarantee. Bottom line - go somewhere else. Compared
to this fly-by-night organization, anyone else is a bargain at twice the price.
