PAID for daughter to take the online drivers learners exam. Clicked to stary exam and Error cod 104 popped up. No way to reset, go back, exit and return, nothing. Teck support number shown with alternate number of after hours. Called after hour number for 2 days. Automated system tells how important my businrss is to them plrase hold yhen goes silent. On speaker hold over an hour. Finally got a woman on the phone Monday morning 10:10 EST time and she said she doesn't have an after hours number it must be the local office that she is on LA. Wensite specifically gives hous and EST. She ended the call saying that I am "Bitching to the wrong person," and she hung up. Local office only has the 800 number that directed me to her. You deciced if it is worth the risk. I will not use them again. But I will warn othe4s of my experience.
