FWM Laboratories CROOKS!! Don't buy acai berry pills or anything from these criminals! North Miami Beach Florida
I was dumb enough to try their 'free' trial offer of acai berry detox pills. they say you can try the product free for 15 days, and if you want to cancel at that time you can do so. i tried the pills (which didn't work, by the way) and cancelled. several days later i see a draft of $87 coming out of my bank account. I called to complain, and the customer service person (if you can call her that) said the trial period starts the miniute you place the order. HOW STUPID IS THAT?! by the time the pills arrrived, i had about 10 days to try them. I had cancelled one day after the so-called trial period ended. VERY deceptive and downright fraudulent company. I hope they go out of business soon or someone sues the crap out of them so they quit swindling people out of their hard earned money!

You said you canceled your order a day after the trial period. As indicated on the product's terms and conditions, consumer should cancel within the 14-day. You missed a day to call of your order. To avoid things from getting bigger, dial 866-949-0138.End your subscription with them right away. This no. really works.
