I would like to thank ripoff report.com for bringing this to our attention and to let you know that we would very much like to investigate this claim and get to the bottom of it. Unfortunately, this unhappy customer has not given us enough information to research the complaint. If I had at least an order number I could look it up and resolve this issue immediately. If Gadget Universe/Strong Idea is indeed responsible for this problem, then we would like to have the opportunity to make it up to the customer. If we are not given more information in which to research this claim then we can only assume that it is not a valid complaint.
