GE Money Bank And Furniture Factory Outlet FFO uses unscrupulous Credit Company unknown by customer me and Mom. Ripoff ORLANDO Florida
Mom and I thought we were buying good furniture at good prices. After it was delivered, we noticed it wasn't as good as we thought. Who wants to keep furniture forever, not us.
FFO gave us a 6 month payoff plan, well as things turned out we were unable to meet that 6 months. We understood they would carry the note, but instead we received a bill from GE Credit Company, we had to call this company and FFO to find out who these people were and demanding money.
Our total was under $2500.00 and we made payments directly to FFO until the 6 months, when this unscrupulous credit company got involved.
We noticed the Finance Charges were very high and there would be no way we would ever get this bill paid. Currently our mim. payment is $71.00 with the finance Charge of $44.03, our payment of $71.00 is only $26.97 toward the balance.
Oh, yes, I called and asked them about this finance charge I also contacted FFO and neither would do nothing. This problem worries my mom so I came across your website and wanted to share this with you. I was surprised that this same company is familiar with the unscrupulous behaivor.
I hope you can help all of us in this matter. However, I won't wait I will continue to make contacts and hopefully get this resolved, but I want to keep informed on this one matter.
