I bought a phone from them that has a small defect that happened 4 months after I buy. I keep telling them the problem and they keep giving obvious "solutions" that if they worked, I would not have contacted them. Then, they say they might fix it but I have to send my phone to them and then they will let me know IF they can do something about it. Or I can get a refund of 10% of the original price which is so ridiculous I cannot even comment on it.

A phone company I had to work before send me a refurbished phone and put a block on my account until I sent my phone back for them to fix but did not request me to send my phone BEFORE I got a refurbished one. In this age and society, they cannot expect me to be without a phone for 10-25 BUSINESS DAYS for a bad product they sold me while they fix it.

Overall, I will never using GearBest Again. Also, I tried to resolve an issue before and they kept taking me to chat with Bots which were useless because I needed specific help with a specific issue that was obviously not programmed into the AI. This company has just failed me over and over again.
