Complaint Review: Gemstone Puppies - Cindy Kearney - Pahrump Nevada

Dear Morning Star Chihuahuas I would like to take this opportunity to ask you and any other breeder that have had bad dealings with Cindy Kearney AKA Ann Tanner to join me in my quest to stop her campaign of lies and slander against good and honest breeders.

In case you did not know it Cindy Kearney is now Ann Tanner! And claims to live in California. Her new web site is Charming Little Chis / Champion Lined Chihuahuas. We have P.I. Working with us to find out more info and will keep posting it. She has many aliases if you find any other info that will help us please let us know.

I am happy to inform you that I am putting together a group of breeders and people who have bought puppies from her and were scammed. Just like you. I will be contacting you via e-mail, in hopes that you will join us in stopping this madness.

People if you are reading this and other reports posted by Cindy /Ann be aware this is her way of forcing them to bend to her will. Do not be fooled by her vicious tactics she will say or do any thing to ware her victim down. She uses Puppy Find as well to rip up people. BEWARE!

Morning Star I am sorry that you fell victim to her as so many others. Lets work together to stop her.

That is all that needs to be said. But I would like to go on and state that I am sorry for all the people that have been placed on rip-off report that should not have been. These reports are never taken off of their site, there for evil minded people can place a report on any one they wish to slander. Giving these lies eternal life. So people keep this in mind when reading any report found on this site. I am sure there are just as many true reports as false there for you must find other avenues to investigate these businesses. So things did not work out between Cindy and I it happens. Things never should have gone to this extreme. But they did. I wish her nothing but the best. I would like to thank all the Breeders & Clients that stood behind me during this time. Your emails and phone calls were such blessings to me. In the first place the puppy sold to Cindy did NOT belong to me Sandy Wills it belong to Betty Gwosdz who listed her puppies on our site for sale I also have an email confirming Cindy knew who the dog belong to, and AKC papers with Bettys name on them. Cindy Chose to come after me as I have a web site and she can slander me one the web. Cindy's contract reads the same as ours she agreed to take this puppy to the vet and have it proven to be in good health. All puppies sold on our site come with a health certificate from our vet stating the puppy has been examined and found in good health. In a written statement Cindy claimed she had a vet look at this puppy the day she got her, the vet did an informal exam and found her to be in good health. BUT the vet will not according to Cindy admit to seeing the puppy or give a written statement saying he saw this puppy. Cindy refused to give us the name or phone number of this Vet so we could contact him. We do not even know if the puppy in question has even died. However I Sandy replaced with one of my own puppies to make her happy. Guess what AGAIN Cindy refuses to send us a vet report. She states she dose not like this puppy and it has a bad bite. When asked to send us a picture of the dogs teeth she sent a picture of another dog. Cindy we know our dogs. She had the nerve to Demand we send her another puppy the next day! When we refused to send her a 3rd puppy she went after the original breeder and demanded she send her a puppy right now! She sent both of us ugly e-mails, threaded us and demanded what she wanted, WOULD be done, when she wanted it done. After we contacted our Atts. we were advised not to send her a 3rd dog or have any contact with her. I can also provide proof in Cindy Kearney's e-mails that she never took this puppy to the vet for its REQUIRED first Vet CK she didn't give this puppy it's shots and she kept this poor little girl in a kennel alone. WE DO NOT RAISE OUR PUPPIES THAT WAY! She also stated the puppy had stressed out and went hypo due to the conditions she was being kept. Cindy lied and told us this puppy would be kept in her home. She never called us to say the puppy was ill. And stated in her e-mail it took the puppy 5 hours to die but she didn't take her to the vet, she just placed her in a box and watched her die. She also stated in this e-mail that she put 4 other puppies in with her for 6 days & none of them got ill. Come on. All the other puppies from this litter are fine and their new owners have sent us refuel letters. The AKC rep. came to our home on 9/30/07 and found every thing was in Compliance and there were no problems, and no ill dogs. I will be happy to show this report to any one. Cindy Kearney of Gemstone Puppies, should prayerfully consider what she is doing to people, take care of her animals and learn that honesty is the best policy. We have many references on our site and on puppy find as well. God has Blessed us with many new friends due our Chihuahua breeding, we will not let you discourage us and will pray that God will do a work in your heart, & that you will change your ways.

The person who filed this Rip-Off Report is a friend of Sandy Wills. This person has no reason to post a review on me, as we have never had any contact. Sandy Wills of Morning Star Chihuahuas, also known as apup4u.com, sold me a puppy that died 5 days after I got her, of distemper. I paid $2,000 for the puppy. Sandy was given a $430. necropsy report from my Vet, proving the puppy had giardia and distemper. She agreed, after a long drawn out period of time, to replace the puppy.. She charged me $270. for shipping to get my "replacement puppy". I now have $2,700. invested in the puppy. The puppy she originally sent me was a white long coat, show potential. The replacement puppy was a black short coat, with a severe undershot jaw. To make matters worse, she has a bad case of ear mites. This breeder sent me, as a replacement, a $550. dog. This is the price she is selling the whole litter for. When I received this dog, she was dirty and like I said, had a bad earmite infection, which I am still trying to clear up. I placed a review on puppyfind regarding Sandy Wills selling me this sick puppy. Puppyfind reviewed all the facts, therefore took my side and left the review on her account. Thus, the reason for her friend placing this review for Sandy. So, what they are saying about me is in no way true. Sandy is actually the rip off artist and got away with taking my money and not giving me what I paid for. I am going to now place a rip off report on her, as she does deserve it....I do not. "I" am the victim ! Don't waste your money on a dog from Sandy Wills. She will not stand behind what she sells.
