A lemon deals with new cars. You had to have the engine rebuilt at 100,000 miles, which says this car is not anywhere near a new car. You are also the third owner. You have no idea how the original owner or your Uncle treated the car. Also, after time things just wear out. "You would think that it would come with certain necessities, like power steering or power brakes, right? NO! It doesn't even have disc brakes!" and "it only has AM radio" Not having a feature does not make it a lemon. That just means that it was probably a "base" model with little to no options. These are built specifically for the people who do not want to spend the extra money on what they consider luxuries. If these were that important to you, then you should have not gotten the car. If your Uncle had that many problems where he made a "photo" album why in the world did you buy it?

You bought a Chevrolet Malibu. What model year is it ? Apparently it is several years old, as you are the 3rd owner, and there are over 100,000 miles on it. Any car will have problems eventually, but it gets hard to call a car a lemon after that many miles.
