Dr. George R. Grant threatened violence & refused to give deceased pet back to owners & falsified a invoice for $65 when services were paid in full day of services.
The OC sheriff’s department was called by owners to help recover deceased dog’s remains & keep the peace, this vet will not release any critical medical records that contain to his diagnosis and the alleged surgery performed.

This lady is lying who wrote this report. I have never met her or her supposed dog. She called in one day and we were not open and she insisted on knowing how much we charged to spay her animal. I told her that the location she was calling was at that time under construction and that the hospital was not open yet and so I could not give her a price to spay her animal because the hospital was not open yet. She was insistant. She asked, "Well if you were open, how much would you charge me to spay my cat?" I told her that I could not do it and therefore would not give her a price for it. She then went on a ranting tirade and cussed me out using words that I don't believe even a sailor would use. Once she started cussing me out, I polity told her that I could not listen so such language over the phone. She continued. I then hung up on her, as she reports. She called back several times and we blocked her phone number from ever calling us again, and it is still blocked to this day.
I have never met this lady or her cat, or her supposed dog. She, we believe, is the one with serious mental issues. Thanks for your time, Dr. Grant

This is a fraudulent and slanderous statement-Read carefully-she is more concerned with someone being rude to her than the life of a pet. This is an angry sales person who did not get the sale-after over a dozen calls stating we were not interested in her product-she got angry. Dr. Grant nor Beachside has ever seen her dog. I doubt she even has a dog.
RIPOFF-please check the validity of this consumers comments and remove these fraudulent and slanderous statements. You should not allow consumers to use your site to facilitate their own personal vendications....imaging-salespeople willy nilly posting fraudulent reports on businesses that won't buy thier product; sounds a little like the Mafia.

This consumer is a sales person who did not get the sale. After more than a dozen calls and voice mails and replying that we were not interested in her product; she got angry. Her pet has never been seen by Dr. Grant; Dr. Grant did not 'kill her dog'. I doubt she even has a dog. This is fraud, slander and contempt; it should be removed. It is sad that a consumer 'protection' agency publishes this kind of information without getting some hard proof from the consumer that their claim is true-this also should be illegal.
I don't see how this is consumer protection when a consumer reads an untrue and fraudulent statement.
RIPOFF-please confirm your story-and remove this allegation-it is slander and fraud.
