As of today, I have not been able to contact them. I placed an order 4/9/12. I did not receive the DVD's nor have I been able to contact the company. I just filed a report with my credit card company. They are going to try to contact them.
I sent an email to the address listed and it came back saying that their box was full.
I tried the live chat and was told that it could not be set up because it could not detect my email address for the computer that I was using.
They are looking rather suspicious.
