Gerald Slevin Sold Honda Civic with bad transmission failed to disclosed Brooklyn New York
Geral Slevin, sold me a 2004 Honda Civic via the internet and advertised the car as "runs great". The car was received with transmission troubles. The seller did not refute the issues, he only stated sold "as is" and refused to answer calls or respond to email. The cost of repairs exceeds the purchase price of the car. The internet site where the car was purchased offered no assistance whatsoever claiming the seller listed it in the wrong category so no money back guarantee.
