Mr Larry Bixby propritor and possibly the owner of an Internet company called Gianttechsales sold me a welding machine that was scratch and dent. He got very belligerant when I decided to return the item because it did not meet my specs. He refused to return at first then only would return me a partial refund because of shipping, then after I returned the item he stated that parts were missing and he refused to give me a full refund. He was a liar about this because I returned the item in its entirety. He was bitter about giving back a refund so he decided to lie about the return. He is very unscrupulous in my experience and I would recommend you stay away from a seller like this..
