These people that work for this company are useless! I would be better off talking to a dog! First off I have had issues with them and my direct deposits. It goes in at a certain time every week. Every now and then it will not be in there at a the usual time and I call and they look for the direct deposit and come back and say there is none. Then always 5 minutes later after I argue with them about my money it gets loaded onto my card even though they claim I didn't have one coming in! What a joke.

Second, I had a charge on my card that was not correct. I called and was on hold for over an hour and half. Finally I got ahold of the dispute dept and I explained to the lady who did not even apologize for my long wait time. I told her that I had a charge on my card that was not supposed to be there she asked if I knew who it was and I told her yes, but they were not supposed to charge my card for another week when I call and give them permission and they are fully aware that they were not supposed to. The company even called last week to see if they could run it and I told them no I would call them next week and they said fine to just give them a call when I was ready to make the purchase. Well today I get online to check my balance and they have ran my card. Well the lady in the dispute dept told me there was nothing they could do because I gave them my card number. So I asked her since my light company, water company, cable and etc all have my card number that they can run it for how ever much they want when they want and Global Cash card will do nothing about letting me dispute it and She says CORRECT that is how they work. Its said when I have a walmart money card and they can assist you better at handling errors then these people. Most of everyone that I have spoken to at Global Cash Card are all rude, they all change there storys and there answer to everything is I can not Help you. What is the point of customer service and a dispute dept if they will not assist you in getting your money back that was wrongfully taken!?! They are awful people BEWARE!

A lady from GCC did contact me Thursday and explained everything to me, however I feel there was more that could of been done about the error the day of. The lady was very nice and I am glad to see that this company actual does try and take care of the problem just wish it would not have esculated the way it did.

Since we received this complaint we reached out and talked to Bogie on Thursday 04.18.13 by telephone who registered this complaint. We explained the following, direct deposit loads differ each pay cycle depending on the time the employer submits their payroll file. We encourage our customer's to utilize the alerts feature that we offer to avoid waiting on hold for inquiries such as these. All calls are recorded and our records do not show that he was on hold for the time he explained. The charges mentioned by Bogie could have been avoided by contacting the merchant he advised he authorized to debit his account. We do not have control over when the merchant tries to debit the card. We feel we provide the best product by offering a friendly and easy to use product.

We take these complaints seriously and are thankful we have the opportunity to explain our side.
