they don't even know what's going on within their own company.. i was billed for $78.00 and i had asked the rep (sarah chapin [sp?]) if she could esclate the issue to her supervisors... she did, and when i spoke to him [mike something] he informed me that i was not a customer there - that there was no file with my name on it.. even after sarah had just discussed my account details and the charges with me, her "supervisor" claims that i don't have an account? TOTAL rip off, i will probably never see that $78.00 again...

I have been using GlobalTranz for all of my shipments for the past year and never have I been met with any problems. In fact, I recommend GlobalTranz over anyone else. They are honest people and have never lead me or my shipments astray. In fact, I have yet to find a company more helpful.

I have worked with GT for last several years as a vendor providing our technical services to them. GT is a genuine compnay cares about its customers/employess/vendors. They have always paid us, no disputes, and are very nice people to work with. What is described in the RoffOff report doese not match my experience with the company. I have met the owner of the company and he is a classy guy, he will never do what is described in the report.

I am the freight manager for a medium sized business shipping 20 - 40 freight shipments a day. We are a customer of Globaltranz and a dozen other unrelated shipping companies. I have no vested interest in either party. Gloabaltranz in no way solicited this response. Globaltranz only accounts for %5-%10 of my companies shipments, but that is still quite a few shipments a week. The only reason I am posting this response is because I do not like seeing anyone's good name slandered. I believe that Ritemax has made a common mistake among inexperienced or impatient shippers. It is a mistake I have made myself. If you misclassify (weight or freight class) a shipment, the freight company will quote you a "low price" based on the info you provided. You might even get a few or dozens of shipments at great prices, but eventually the freight company will check one of your shipments and bill you at the correct amount. Many freight companies will even charge you a reasonable "reweigh" fee which is necessary to keep unscrupulious customers from mis-classifing every shipment. I believe the tone of Ritemax's post and his use of phrases like "scum!", "bull****", and "what the hell" are a good indication of his caliber. I have had hundreds of successful transactions with Globaltranz and only a few issues which they resolved to the best of their ability and in a mostly fair manner. In short, they are a good company. Sincerely, Andy Lowe

This company's name is Deeal inc. Known as powersportsmax.com. We have tried numerous times to contact this account to let them know that they were getting rebills for weight differences from what they put on the Bill of lading. We tried to get ahold of them numerous times to fix the situation left tons of messages and only got voicemails according the account representative. We allowed months for this account to get rectified with no reply. If you own a business, we all know of multiple accounts that just ignore requests for payment and the only time they respond is when you send them to collections. In this case we had a personal gaurantee from the owner of deeal inc. because their past credit problems which is apparent since they never paid even part of the freight bills they were disputing. I would recommend to never do business with deeal inc. or powersportsmax.com.
