Andrew Leto wake up. This business has charged me for over $9000 for services they never made their carriers render, they are a sham scam and the worst customer service ever. Horrible customer service this business doesn’t care about their customers at all. I spent a day having huge custom sofas packed up and shipped to a client. I went to the Global Trash website and set up all options I needed and paid for them each. Residential delivery, lifgate, inside delivery. 3 days went by and the carrier didn’t come, I had to ask Dave Dingbat Dibble what went wrong because they don’t help clients or see things have not picked up and reach out, no I had to find out that it was rejected as it was too big but I entered all the dimensions and their website made an order. So I then had to explain to my customer whom paid for 10k in furniture that it was delayed. Then I set it up again, same options different carrier. When it got to my customers house who has a hilly driveway they called and said we are not bring it up there we are dropping it here at the bottom of your driveway. So no residential delivery was made that is a Street delivery, no inside and no lifgate. Customer calls and is very upset so she refuses because she is one person and a woman not able to drag 775 pounds of sofa in. I call Global Tranz and Dave Dibble tells me too bad, Ill send it back to you? Really…not sorry that should to happen we will do what we need to to make this right. Instead he said take your 7k a month that you give me in business, screw you and your client and your 10k in furniture well send it back. I was warned about this piss poor company by many and I had the same issue with another Rep Josh Goldstein a real clown and still gave Dave Dibble a try as he assured me he was there for me. The owner Andrew Leto has never replied to my issues either they don’t care about anyone. This is Global Trash.

Global Thieves
I shipped about 10k month with this company, I guess that wasn't enough to value my business. Global Tranz sells ad-on services such as lift gate, residential delivery etc, they all cost extra. They also hire independent reps that handle account's, they don't have no supervisors you can get any service past we they give you. For example I paid for inside deliveries which is called threshold, where the almost always dirty overweight driver is to put the item in the nearest entry, be it a garage or front door. I make expensive furniture and ship all over the country daily. You can imagine a few months ago when the people GT hired show up at my customers in NY where I paid for inside delivery. Well the driver says we don't do that you need to take it from here, he dumped it in the drive and left in a blizzard. When I called my rep I got no help at all, no credits, no refund for services no rendered. I did about $1400 in inside deliveries that were never done, I have it writing too that even though they have that service listed on the site and take money for it, its not offered, its not refunded back and that's that. I asked to speak to someone in their cooperate office, I got nothing. They refused to refund me about $1400 and basically said they are not going to give it back, despite the fact on average I ship 20 sofa a month with them. This is the poorest run logistic company I even emailed owner Andrew Leto he too didn't care, thats why you will read anything good about them. We wont be doing business here anymore nobody should Google their name the complaints are endless and all the same. Global Trash.
