I live in Australia and foolishly ordered a 'free' trial of Resveratrol. I hadn't received the product when they took out 2 lots of payment of $85.90usd. My emails weren't answered. Even worse I found out these pills came from China and shudder to think what was in them. I will fight this tooth and nail and I will get my money back. They will wish they never ever stole money from my bank. YES they did steal money because I did not ever receive the pills. It was unauthorised. Comple fraud and scam and for the life of me I cannot understand why the authorities don't shut these mongrels down. When I finished with what I'm going to do, no one will ever, ever trial any of their garbage products again. I am going to start a massive email campaign and plaster their websites and warn people.
