Although I placed an order with GNS, being a post polio patient I called my doctor to check if this was a good idea and he said no. So I called GNS back within 10min to cancel my order, and GNS refused to cancel my order.The resaon being since they are a worldwide company the product was already "sent" out the distribution center. At that point I knew the sleaze factor was in gear. Once sent, the PO told me to send it back "refused". Then, GNS sent me another one. I did the same thing. They charged my credit card $786.00 and credited box, leaving a total of $393.49.

Repeated attempts to contact this company by telephone are useless -- one gets a computerized announcement that, due to a high volume of calls about their product, you must wait. I waited over 45 minutes and finally spoke with a woman named Vicki, who told me GNS received both boxes back and had credited my account on both boxes totalling $786.00, but in order to get a confirmation number I would have to call back. I called back the next day, waited again over 45 minutes and was disconnected. According to my banking institution, only one credit for $393.49 was accounted for??

I am of course, disputing the credit card charge, through my banking institution. If anybody has any further info on this outfit, with this high sleaze quotient, please post it as soon as possible with Ripoff Report. They seriously need to be shut down now, before more damage is done.

Cathy, It appears that you placed two orders with our company and contacted our company in an attempt to cancel them. When you called you were advised they were already shipped out. If an order has not yet been shipped out we can easily cancel and refund the charges. If an order is already sent out we cannot stop the shipment and would require the return of the products to our company to refund your account. Our warehouse works as quickly as possible to ensure that our customers orders are sent out in a timely manner. This is offered as a service to our customers. We understand that you sent back both packages refused' which is not our recommended method of returning shipmentsthese packages are often times not received back by our company. However, you state that you were advised by a representative of our company that you would be reimbursed for both shipments. We also understand that you were having a problem getting through to our company when you called back and the call was disconnected, we would like to sincerely apologize for this technical issue which has now been resolved. If you have already filed a dispute with your credit card company this issued would now be in their handsif you have not filed a dispute and are still awaiting your refund for the remaining amount please contact customer service at 1-800-595-4670 we would be more than happy to assist you further.
