Cathy, It appears that you placed two orders with our company and contacted our company in an attempt to cancel them. When you called you were advised they were already shipped out. If an order has not yet been shipped out we can easily cancel and refund the charges. If an order is already sent out we cannot stop the shipment and would require the return of the products to our company to refund your account. Our warehouse works as quickly as possible to ensure that our customers orders are sent out in a timely manner. This is offered as a service to our customers. We understand that you sent back both packages refused' which is not our recommended method of returning shipmentsthese packages are often times not received back by our company. However, you state that you were advised by a representative of our company that you would be reimbursed for both shipments. We also understand that you were having a problem getting through to our company when you called back and the call was disconnected, we would like to sincerely apologize for this technical issue which has now been resolved. If you have already filed a dispute with your credit card company this issued would now be in their handsif you have not filed a dispute and are still awaiting your refund for the remaining amount please contact customer service at 1-800-595-4670 we would be more than happy to assist you further.
