gogograndparent they delayed my pickup by an hour while advertisement says less than 10 minutes bonita california
i scheduled my trip allowing 30 mnutes extra time for delays. because of the errors by the dispacher I wss unable to make my second cridical medical appointment requiring me to spend $100 extra for the second trip. They credited me $20. Since it was a critical medical appointment there are medical issues as well as the extra eost. I am 83 and live on social security.
