GOLDEN ASSET LENDING INC -ERIC-DAVID ASHUROV-JERRY REPRESENTED THEMSELVES AS DIRECT LENDER (LIE) STOLE THOUSANDS IN COMMISSIONS New York
GOLDEN ASSET LENDING INC and Eric, David Ashurov, Jerry, and Michael are Not Direct Lenders they are all just brokers stealing your deals. Golden Asset Lending Inc sent me an email representing themselves as Direct Lenders. I sent them a few deals and two were sold on the same business owner. These were placed thru a well known lender but nothing on the contract appeared with their names. i spoke with the owner of the Lender they closed these 2 deals with and it was confirmed they do not even work for that lender whatsoever even as an account executive. Golden Asset Lending Inc is a New York Corp and Eric and David Ashurov, Jerry, and Michael are just Lying Brokers ready to prey upon Brokers and steal sommissions. Please beware for Yourselves and Your clients. Golden Asset Lending Inc stole thousands in unpaid commissions. BROKER BEWARE!

I was a victim of this thieves. I thought they were a honest, reliable lending company and they are not more than a group of liars, crooks and dishonest criminals. They sweared they were a direct lending company, and they stole my $8,000 commission after working hard to get it done. I wonder if there is a way to get together to put these people out of business. What they're doing is not legal.
