We wish we had known about the Ripoff Report before purchasing a vehicle from Golden Rentals. Kelly is personable and seems genuine until the deal is sealed. He gave us a verbal 90 day warranty for any mechanical problems with the vehicle. Within a few days of purchase, the check engine light came on.
We contacted him with our concerns. As the conversation progressed, he became agitated and began yelling. He finally referred us to his transmission mechanic, who is in Nephi! Today we took the vehicle to our mechanic to have the diagnostic test performed. We learned the car needs a new transmission at an estimated cost of $2500.
Based on the experience of Sandra O, I am not holding my breath that this issue will be resolved to our satisfaction. We will consider legal action if necessary.

golden rental and kelly said they would honor car if i updated this report with something good, well they lied they went to fix car made it code out and now will not honor mechanics work or their shop. I implore anyone looking to buy a car to saty away from this man and this company you will be wscammed

i went to golden rental today and kelly said he was going to make it right so i am much happier now i will update on when it is all done
