Goldshield Marketing Theft of services, deceptive advertising, fraudulent business Ripoff Glendale California
The company agreed to provide 30 pre-set appointments of annuity holders for the cost of $1200. These people would be interested in a review of their holdings. So far, I have received seven so called pre-set appointments and they have all been bogus. When I went to the addresses provided, no one was home. Some of the leads contained phone numbers which I called. When I spoke to the individuals, he or she stated that no appointment was made and was not interested in one. Some of the phone numbers given with the name and addresses were fax numbers or incorrect numbers, so I know they did not call first. When I called Steve Coleman at the company and asked for a refund, he stated that no refunds are given. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General's office in California, Texas, and Riverside County. In addition I filed a complaint with the BBB of Riverside County.
