I had a bad experience and was lied to by one of the employee's and it caused us to get the ring a couple of months later than expected. However, once the other employee's found out about it they treated us great and got the ring to us as quickly as possible. The owner then found out about what happened to us and personally called me to say sorry. Just from our short conversation I could tell that he's a great business owner and full of integrity. The one employee that I had the bad experience with no longer works there. With how the owner has treated me as well as all of the other employee's, I would for sure go back to them in the future. It's great to see companies that care about the individual client and do everything they can to make the client satisfied.
