I was selling gold on eBay and was messages by a gold buyer to buy my gold out right and he would put money in my PayPal acct. I sold gold to him and had more to sell. He suggested to send me a cashiers check for gold and avoid PayPal fees. I did so and he sent me a check for 343.00 less than he owed me. There were two pieces that were silver, which he returned and one piece that he claimed to be 10k instead of 14k so I made all deductions and he still shorted me 343.00.
He refuses to respond to numerous texts and phone calls. I have pictures of everything I sent him, on the scale showing weight. I also have all text communications I have had with him. This man lies!
