Complaint Review: Got all parts - Bay City Michigan

I was look to get my transmission rebuilt because it was sliping a little bit in over drive. I saw a add on CraIgslist Transmission services 575.00. Said to myself what a deal. QUALITY REMANUFACTRURED TRANSMISSIONS. All remanufactured transimisions include all new shift solenoids all factory updates, New saeal and gaskets Kevlar Bands high Energy Clutches and new Hardened sun shell. So i called them. The man said that they got 649.00 for one like mind. f150 1996 302 ENGINE 2 WHEEL DRIVE. I gave him my charge card numbers and he said they would have one to me in two to three days. They delivered it in 3 days. That week end i took it to Sparta to put it on the hoist and pulled tranny. Got it out and compared it to the one they brought me. They brought me the wrong one. My wife emailed pictures to show they were completely different. Monday I called them back and Amber said they would have to come get mind and rebuilt it. They showed up in four days latter.and picked up both transmisions. She said i would have it back friday AM No tranny. So icalled amber said it would be their saturday AM no tranny so i called about noon she said i would have it in the afternoon. I wasnt here it  they brought it about 5 pm. When I got home I it had oil soak up all over it and down the fill tube hole. And the troque converter looked way to small. So compared my fly wheel to it and it was the wrong ong one. No way would it blt up.

So monday i called again and taked to amber and she put threw to the transmaission man. Told them about the torque converter. Told him I had 4r70w trasmission and 14 bolt pan 1996 f150 two wheel drive with the 302. Told him  about the oil soak up down the fill tube  in the trans. He said drop the pan and clean it out which i did. He put me back to Amber and i told her about the oil saok all over the trans and down the fill tube hole and she laughed. I told her thats not fuunny. She said your torque converter will be delivered this after noon. I said okay. Later that after noon about 5 a young gal showed up bought it in the garge and dropped it on the floor and said happy now and left. About a week later I took it to sparta and my son and law and i put it in. Put in about 13 quarts of mecon 5 made sure it was full back it out of the garage checked it all over full no leakes every looked good. Pulled out of the drive way it tryed to shift in to second and it was slipping whet into thrid same thing slipping and over drive slipping. Babied it home about 6 miles. Called Amber again and told her what was it was doing.

First thing out of her mouth was do you have a extenal cooler. I said no truck never has had one and its has  166.000 miles on it. She when off screaming at me that it was my fault and that i burned it up on the rack in 10 minutes. I tiold her i dont even want to hear that crap. and the pickup has a new heavy duty raditrator in it. So she put me back to the transmission man again. Told him what it was doing he asked how much fluid I put in it and i told him about 13 quarts its full. He asked if i flushed the lines and i said yes. He said what did you use carb cleaner i said no trans line flush. Told him i have put in many transmission in my life and been working on cars for about 50 years. So he put me back to Amber she said they would get one rebuilt and send it out to me by monday and she would call me back that day and let me know what time i was going to get. She never called me back so the next day i called and she wasnt their. A christen nswered the phone and she said she tryed calling me back. I said no she didnt we sat here all day waiting for the call and we have caller ID she never called.

The next day called again she wasnt their. The next day i called again she was on the other line a man said she will call back. I did this 4 times every 15 minutes and she wont answer the phone or call me back. My wife sent her email and no response i call again and told a man to tell her i wanted my money back or another transmission. Or we will have to take them to court. No Call. No emails never heard from her again. Why should she they got my money. so much for a two year unlimited mileage warranty. So i cant just set here and wait for ever so i pulled transmission out and took it to a man that is cerifeted in transmissions and has his own shop and has been in business for 25 years. He took it apart and the transmission stiill had all the old parts in it clutch packs and band and servos and switches. i Have a whole box of crap that he replaced and a recipet of every thing he done .

1 valve body.

They did nothing beside take it apart give it a bath ground down one clutch disk and tried to shime one on e clutch packes up. i have that too. I never been screwed like this in my life in my dealing with businesses. I CALL IT ARIPOFF OR FRAUD FRAUD. tHEY MIGHT BE NICE PEOPLE UP THEIR AT GET ALL PARTS IN BAY CITY OR WOULD NICE PEOPLE SCREW ANY ONE LIKE THIS.  FRAUD I WANT ALL OF MY DAM MONEY BACK.
