Govtfundedgrants withdrew money from my bank account of $29.95. Also, they withdrew $.60 under the heading of "INT'L TRAN FEE ". I called the 866 number and they informed me that the charge was legit. I informed them that I did not finish the transaction nor received the product. They informed me that their policy was in the "terms and conditions".
