I have contacted Grab.com numerous times through email (the

phone # listed is not in service - no # update).

I requested cancellation and refund (within 30 days) when they charged me for a second 6 mos. They ignored my request and stated to my credit card company that I had not requested cancellation.

Grab.com is a RIP-OFF company using 'shady' and dishonest business practices.
