I bought the package in 2016. I had a injury to my a back and was not able to take the vacation. I paid to extend the vacation package to April 5 2019. I called 1/24/19 to see about booking the trip and checking the expiration date. I was told I could not use it and I had to pay an additional 600. They also said nothing was available until May 2019. I requested a manager. On 1/28 Charolette called me and said they called me to book. The calls I received were for new vacation packages. Not the existing package.
I should not have to pay an additional 600 for a package that does not expire until April 5, 2019
